Complete the experience
- If you are unable to attend the Wine&Sex event, you must send an email at least 24 hours in advance to reservas@bodegasmonje.com. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will lose 50% of the ticket price.
- If you do not attend on the day of the event, you will lose all rights to the tickets.
- In the event of cancellation, the ticket may be used solely and exclusively for a subsequent edition, with an administration fee of €9 per person, plus the difference in price if the rate has changed.
- Alternatively, the resulting amount may be redeemed up to 30 days after the event for services in our Restaurant-Terrace, events, activities, gift vouchers, or products from the wine shop.
- The amount corresponding to the hotel or transfers will not be refundable, due to the conditions established by external suppliers.
- If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the organization's control, the amount of the tickets may be exchanged for products or services from Bodegas Monje. Under no circumstances will the amount paid be refunded.
